All items in need of warranty support are the responsibility of the manufacturer/distributor, as specified in the conditions and time period set forth in the manufacturer’s warranty. WCS will assist you in any way possible to obtain service from any manufacturer, however, WCS is not liable in the event of the failure of the manufacturer/distributor to perform warranty service.

To Return an Item:
- All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a WCS representative. Contact us at [email protected] to speak to a Customer Service Representative to receive your return instructions.

To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us within 365 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place. All orders returned within 60 days will receive a refund via the original payment method. If it is over 60 days we will issue a store credit.

You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Securely pack the item(s) you are returning and include a copy of your original packing slip. Ship the item only to the address provided to you by a Customer Service Representative when obtaining your return authorization.

After we receive, inspect and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.

For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WCS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We are able offer many shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will package your items according to our precise and precise specifications. Prior to shipping, your goods are carefully examined and safely secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. The fact that we're committed to becoming the biggest online retailer in the world is evident. Both Europe and the USA have warehouses and distribution centers.
Note: Orders that contain more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.
We will carefully examine all items ordered before shipping. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hrs. The delivery time will be between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. So the actual stock may change at any time. It's possible that you may not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
